DUST Superfund Research Center (Data Management Core)¶
I am co-lead of the 30-year old Superfund DUST Center Data Management Core, supporting long term research from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences.
National Synthesis Center for Emergence in the Molecular and Cellular Sciences¶
I am the site lead for CyVerse and University of Arizona on the NCEMS Synthesis Center at Penn State University.
CyVerse¶
I am co-Principal Investigator of CyVerse and lead the science team.
Environmental Data Science Innovation and Impact Lab (ESIIL)¶
I am the site lead for CyVerse and University of Arizona on the ESIIL Synthesis Center at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Open Forest Observatory¶
I am PI on a NSF collaborative research project to support reproducible research in forest inventory and analysis using small uncrewed aerial vehicles.
Assisted¶
HydroGEN¶
I am senior personnel, assisting on the NSF Convergence Accelerator in Machine Learning with sub-surface hydrological research.
Jetstream-2¶
I am co-PI on Jetstream-2, a NSF-funded user-friendly cloud computing system designed for interactive computing and data analysis on demand. The system provides 8 PFLOPS of computing power with GPU resources across five regional nodes including University of Arizona.
COALESCE: COntext Aware LEarning for Sustainable CybEr-agricultural systems¶
I am co-PI on the NSF CPS Frontier collaborative research project led by Iowa State University and University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. COALESCE develops context-aware cyber-agricultural systems for individualized plant management using coordinated robotic teams, adaptive sensing, and machine learning for sustainable agriculture.
AIIRA: AI Institute for Resilient Agriculture¶
I am co-PI at the AI Institute for Agricultural Resilience (AIIRA) at Iowa State University, developing AI-driven digital twins for modeling plants and deploying them to increase the resiliency of agricultural systems
